At this Housing + Design Initiative Technical Advisory Committee meeting we'll be reviewing some intial draft code language for the commercial districts, mixed-use districts, and climate friendly areas overlay district. The focus of the discussion will be on policy questions and design/development standards ahead of the City Council and Planning Commission work sessions on December 1 and 2, 2025.
