Climate-Friendly Areas and Housing + Design Initiative
The Springfield and Lane County Planning Commissions are holding a joint public hearing on proposed plan and code amendments. These amendments are the product of two separate but related planning projects to meet State requirements and remove regulatory barriers to housing developments in mixed-use areas in Springfield. Both projects (Climate-Friendly Areas and Housing + Design Initiative) have project pages on Springfield Oregon Speaks that provide additional background.
